  • Bethany Allen is the Pastor of Spiritual Formation & Leadership Development at Bridgetown Church in downtown Portland. She has a deep passion to see women defined by who they were created to be: image-bearers of God. Compelled by her affection for the scriptures and her desire to be an effective learner in order to be an effective teacher, Bethany works hard counseling women, developing curriculum, and planning alongside Bridgetown’s pastoral team. A southern belle by birth, Bethany moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2007. She earned a Master of Arts in Specialized Ministry with a focus in Pastoral Care to Women from Western Seminary in 2011.n text goes here

  • Lisa is passionate about unleashing the extraordinary in people and creating a safe place of listening and exploration that cultivates growth and transformation. She is passionate about God's Word and coming alongside others to live into and from their full identity in Christ, empowered by Holy Spirit. Lisa holds a degree from Illinois State University and is pursuing her MA in leadership and biblical studies. She is a certified MCORE Coach, Transformational Leadership Coach, and has a Coachnet Leadership Development Coaching Certification. She is the founder of Living a Life Unleashed, a training company that equips and transforms Christian leaders in the marketplace and vocational ministry. For 12 years Lisa was Director of Women's Ministry and Director of Leadership Development for small groups at Park Community Church in Chicago. She brings 25+ years of experience in working with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations.

  • Faith Eury Cho has been a preacher since she was 19-years-old and has a burning passion to know the Presence of God, articulate the gospel, and champion the marginalized. She holds a Masters of Divinity with a concentration on Global Studies from Liberty University’s Rawling School of Divinity and has been ministering within the church for 18 years. Alongside her husband David, Faith planted and co-pastors Mosaic Covenant Church of NJ. In addition, she is also the founder and CEO of The Honor Summit, a nonprofit organization that centers Asian American women’s voices in the mission of God. She is also an itinerant speaker and writer. However, her most precious role is being a mother to her 4 children— Moriah, Elias, River, and Adalynn.

  • Jenni Wong Clayville was born and raised in Seattle, WA. but she and her family now live in the Washington D.C area. She is wife to Brian and boy-mom to Chance & Paxton. Jenni currently serves at National Community Church as the Weekend Experience Pastor and is part of the teaching team at the Northern Virginia campus. Over the past two decades, she has served as a Pastor in Portland, OR., El Paso, TX., Oklahoma City, OK., and Fort Worth, TX. Her ministry experience has varied in positions such as Worship, First Impressions, and Executive Pastor. Jenni has also served on the leadership team of Leading and Loving It for over ten years to support women in ministry internationally.

  • Ellie Cotter is co-lead pastor with her husband Mark at ECC, a church plant in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is most passionate about the local church and is committed to seeing the Bride of Christ be the hope of the world. She has served the local church in various pastoral roles since 1999. Her desire is to see church leaders fully equipped to live the life God created them to live. She was born in South Africa, then as a teenager, immigrated to Australia with her family, and now lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two sons. She earned a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Sydney College of Divinity in 2010.

  • Karen Harmon is a homeschool mom, physical therapist, business owner, speaker, writer, and ministry leader. For over 30 years, Karen has served in various areas of church ministry, including worship, women’s, leadership development, media, youth, young adults, and mentorship. She has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years and owns Function360,which provides specialized physical rehabilitation and wellness consultations for a variety of patients and is in awe at how God has used her practice to share Jesus with others. Karen has spoken at conferences and seminars and has sat on several TV, live event, and curriculum panels discussing anything from leadership and work to motherhood and ministry. She has also contributed several articles for various publications and websites. With transparency and humor, Karen loves to empower women to passionately pursue Jesus and their God-given dreams, purpose, and callings through all their many roles. Karen and her husband Lee have been married for 19 years, have 3 amazing children, and reside in Dallas, Texas!

  • Dawn Jackson is the founder of This Wayfaring Life, LLC which offers faith-based coaching for life, leadership, and spiritual formation. She also serves as the Women’s Pastor at One & All Church and is a conference speaker. She is passionate about supporting people in the development of their leadership gifts. Outside of ministry Dawn can be found running, hiking and backpacking the trails of Southern California.

  • Bronwyn Lea wears many different hats: pastor of discipleship in her local church in Northern California, mom to three hilarious tween/teens, wife to fellow South African Jeremy, and editor at Propel Women. She is the author of Beyond Awkward Side Hugs, a Propel book club pick about cultivating healthier community between Christian men and women. A former lawyer and seminary graduate, she cares about justice, truth, wisdom, quality relationships within the church, and emotionally healthy spirituality — so she teaches, writes, and pastors to equip others in these areas.

  • Anne Martin serves as co-senior pastor alongside her husband Gary at The Bridge Church in the Temecula Valley of Southern California. She attended Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX, and has dedicated herself to full-time ministry since 1997. A former business owner and licensed financial advisor, Anne has fulfilled various executive and pastoral roles, contributing significantly to the growth of the local church. Her passion lies in empowering women to achieve wholeness and live purpose-filled lives. She is devoted to delivering God’s Word in practical and applicable ways and has developed numerous Bible study curriculums. Anne is committed to mentoring the next generation of women in Kingdom leadership in the U.S. as well as on the global mission field. Her genuine love for people is disarming, and the gift of family is her overwhelming joy!

  • Aubrey Sampson (M.A. Evangelism & Leadership), author of What We Find in the Dark, Big Feelings Days, Known, The Louder Song, and Overcomer, co-planted and serves as teaching pastor at Renewal Church in West Chicago. She also travels around the country to teach and speak. Aubrey cohosts the Nothing is Wasted Podcast and is the host of the What We Find in the Dark Podcast. Talk Radio Show. She is passionate about hurting Christians finding God in their pain and women rising up into their God-given agency and assignments. She writes regularly for Propel Women, Christianity Today, and more.

  • Jeanette Salguero is pastor at the multicultural The Gathering Place in Orlando, FL, and vice president of the National Latino Evangelical Coalition— a powerful voice on issues that affect Latino communities in the United States. Focusing on immigration, education, and health, Salguero’s leadership offers an important voice for growing diversity and changing demographics in our country. In addition to her advocacy work, Salguero has provided consulting leadership for governmental agencies such as the Department of Health & Human Services, the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services, and the American Psychological Association around minority health disparities. Salguero is a sought-after public speaker and has published articles on multi-ethnic leadership, faith & public life, and Hispanic women’s leadership. Jeanette earned a BA in Business Administration and her graduate work is in Organizational Management from the City University of New York, and in Theology from New York Theological Seminary. Jeanette is also a graduate of Duke Divinity’s Faith & Leadership Institute. She resides in Orlando with her husband, the Rev. Dr. Gabriel Salguero and two sons, Jon-Gabriel and Seth.

  • Stephanie and her husband Dominic of over 20 years, have four children and live in the Northern California Bay Area, where they are business owners. Stephanie loves Jesus and is a minister with over 25 years of experience serving the local church and para-church ministries, preaching and teaching, leadership development, administration, church planting teams, and women’s ministry—Stephanie disciples women, empowering them with biblical principles to build successful lives and families.  Stephanie’s passion concerns women and children at risk and in need. Her philanthropic mission work includes global Anti-Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation coalition initiatives and strategic partnerships, sustainable water sources projects, women’s and children’s health in developing regions in Africa, as well as women’s empowerment, prison ministry for incarcerated women, and inner-city initiatives. Stephanie and her husband believe their most significant purpose is to advance the Kingdom through business as missions. Stephanie has served on advisory boards for various local non-profit organizations for many years and currently serves on her local church board. Stephanie’s greatest passion is her ministry to her family and restoring the family institution within the church. She is currently in the process of getting licensed and ordained through the Foursquare Denomination.

  • April Stallworth is a respected leader, public speaker, certified Christian life coach, trainer, and business professional. April currently serves as Chief of Staff at T.D. Jakes Enterprises. This is a pivotal role where she enhances the organization's operational dynamics and overall effectiveness. Outside of her full-time role, April specializes in providing group coaching services, training workshops, and speaking before global organizations. Her teachings are focused on transformation, finding your purpose, healthy relationships, winning success principles, holistic self-care, and combating the many systems of racial injustice and oppression. An avid believer in the power of education, April holds an Associate degree in Office Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, and a Master of Arts degree in Management & Leadership. April is originally from the great state of New Jersey but currently resides in the Dallas, TX, area. She is the boastful mom of one daughter, Imani Davis.

  • Kim Thomas is an executive leadership coach and a trusted organizational consultant, celebrated for her unwavering belief that work is not just a means to an end, but a sacred calling. Kim is a people-centric leader who honed her executive leadership skills within Fortune 100 technology corporations and large non-profit healthcare organizations. In 2023, she founded The Sacred Cubicle, a coaching and consulting organization. Kim firmly believes that every Christian is called to live out the Great Commission, and she sees this journey beginning by embodying the Fruit of the Spirit in our daily lives. Kim resides in sunny Southern California with David, her husband of twenty-six years, and their two daughters, Sydney and Brooke.

  • Sarah Wehrli is a dynamic speaker, author, and leader, passionate about helping people experience God authentically. She carries a distinct desire to awaken, encourage, and empower women to discover their unique purposes and flourish in them throughout every season. As the executive director of Inspire International, Sarah leads worldwide initiatives to evangelize the lost, equip leaders, and bring practical relief to orphans and children at risk. She has ministered in fifty countries, and has served in various roles of church leadership over the last twenty years. Sarah earned a theology degree from Oral Roberts University and lives in Tulsa with her husband, Caleb, and their three children.
