Schedule
Over the course of 6 months, you will join your coach and a small group of women in a wide range of topics that will be covered with peers, coaches, world-class faculty, and personal study.
Monthly live webinars with world-class faculty held on the third Tuesday of each month at 2pm central
Applied learning exercises focusing on the everyday realities of ministry
Monthly in-depth small group coaching
Community building through a private online platform
Two 1-on-1 sessions with your cohort coach

Participants should expect to dedicate 7-10 hours per month to Ecclesia
Too often, women in local churches have nowhere to go for mentoring, wisdom and coaching, causing them to mistakenly believe they have a limited role to play within the Church.
Ecclesia cohorts are a vehicle by which we can come alongside called women, helping them discover, grow, and use their God-given gifts to be shared with the Church.
We wholeheartedly want to see women of all ages and denominations leading in the Church come into their full potential and purpose.
This conviction is not born out of a worldly ideology of equality or even out of social justice, but it’s all about the mission of God. We desire to see the Church be all she is called to be so that people everywhere will be mobilized to live on mission for Jesus.

Payment Options
Pay in full - $1595
2. Four-month payment plan - $400 per month
Additional expenses will include a $50 nonrefundable application fee, travel expenses to and from the in-person summit, and approximately $100-150 in learning resources.
